Here's how we determine a starting price for our services.

We use aircraft and pilots at both Orlando Executive Airport and Orlando Apopka Airport -- whichever is closer for your job -- as the starting point for our photo missions.

The map at right (click to enlarge) shows the area we cover, in 20-mile radius zones from both airports.

Single-location aerial photo assignments start as follows:

Please note that these prices are for a single location, up to 16 images, shot from 8 directions, close-up and wide-view. Multiple locations which are close together, and shot on the same flight, may qualify for volume discount.

In addition, the price of a job may be affected by:

• deadline - rush jobs, generally needed in less than 5 business days
• precision - must be shot from one specific point in the air (may require a helicopter)
• post-shoot artwork - overlays, callouts, labels, illustration, touchups, post-production artwork
• finishing - reprints, enlargements, multiple copies of digital images on CD or DVD
• shipping - trackable, overnight, international shipping

We are happy to provide you with a formal estimate, which will include photos saved in the format(s) of your choice and delivered on a CD, DVD, or uploaded to an FTP site -- yours or ours. (As these are large files, email is not a practical method of delivery.)

Reprints and enlargements (up to poster size) are available, and may be ordered at any time. Post-shoot artwork is available, and will be quoted in addition to the photo mission.

How long will it take?

The only factor we have no control over is the weather. A week of cloudy, windy, foggy or rainy days will adversely affect the schedule. However, forecasting has become accurate enough that we can usually plan around bad weather before quoting a job.

Other factors that can affect timing include unannounced presidential visits (which come with far-reaching flight restrictions for all aircraft), NASA launches, and other occasional regulatory issues.
