Jim
Jim has been creating images since he first borrowed his father’s camera in middle school. Mostly self-taught, he made the switch from film to digital in 2005, and has continued to expand his capabilities and improve his craft.
As a former creative director for an advertising agency, Jim looks at every project with a designer’s eye. Composition and color, along with technical proficiency are considered, and the end use of the image is always in mind. Post-production, color correction, and other improvements make good images great, and a number of satisfied clients appreciate the extra effort.
Jim earned his private pilot’s license in 2005, and added aerial photography to his growing list of services. As a photographer who learned to fly (rather than a pilot who started taking photos), he brings the same level of professional service and quality to his aerial photography.
He’s a visiting instructor at UCF, an avid snowboarder and motorcycle enthusiast, and a big fan of Guinness. A self-described gadget-geek, Jim is always looking for new tools and techniques to give his clients something new and different.
Jim lives in downtown Orlando with his wife Beth, dog Tommy, and three cats: Fiona, Macallan, and Angus McHaggis.
Nicole
Nicole Fischer is the newest member of Macbeth Photography starting in November 2010. She will continue to take on the role of marketing and social media coordinator, and hopes to bring Macbeth to a new level by maintaining the respect and friendships of current clients while also introducing the talent and versatility of Macbeth to new clients in the greater Orlando area.
She will be keeping the public updated through social media channels while also looking for new and exciting ways to stay connected to Macbeth’s clients and fans.
Nicole has just recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s of art degree in advertising and public relations. She plans to use her newly acquired abilities to harness the potential of Macbeth Photography with fresh marketing strategies and fun approaches to business.
